to watch what The Office has in store for us this season.
This is from PostSecret. It's not MY secret. I just thought it was funny. I guess I would rather see Jim and Pam together than a lot of things.
"There comes a point in your life, when you’re officially an adult. Suddenly, you’re old enough to vote, drink and engage in other adult activities. Suddenly, people expect you to be responsible, serious, a grown-up. We get taller, we get older. But do we ever really grow up?"

Bummer Summer
Man... it's already September!??!!??!!!?! What an unbelievably mundane life I lead. I barely took advantage of summer this year. No dramatic vacations. No beach parties. No fun stories to tell. Sad.
Hey now... I can't help that work still has a death grip on my schedule. And this coming week is going to be a psychotic. College recruiting is gearing up for this fall and this next week, we (not me, perse) are going to 2 career fairs. I'm sending 3 people to UIUC Tuesday to Thursday. And I will be attending the Cal Career Fair on Thursday! So, am I ready? No! No, I am not! I'm the only person working on the logistics for these events and I haven't yet prepared all of our "marketing" materials!!! Since this is the first time that our company is participating in fall recruiting at any colleges, I basically have to invent the wheel here. So, it's kinda of a lot of pressure. Not to mention, grand expectations.
Ok, enough about work... it's giving me a panic attack already. Everything else is a-ok. I'm hoping to visit LA, Las Vegas, and Seattle in the next couple of months. Then, I'm going to plan next year's big trip to Thailand. These are lofty goals of mine and if I publicize them, I might actually reach them. In the meantime, I'm going to eat like I've never eaten before. Ever since I started working in SF and Chris moved to the city also, we've been having a undeniably awesome time trying new restaurants and foods. Highlights from the past month: Bissap Baobab, Chloe's Cafe, Pork Store Cafe, Range, Espetus Churrascaria, etc. Yum, yum, and more yum. Foodie 4 lyfe.
Well well, I think this has been an adequate update given that I've been missed for over a month. Take care and I promise to update more frequently. Perhaps I'll give a day by day recount of the chaos of this next week.
